Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy describes content and conduct that are prohibited on Good Company, a social copilot platform operated by Good Social Incorporated. It applies to everyone who uses the platform, waitlist, or services — Users, Social Copilots, applicants, and visitors — and supplements the Good Company Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Good Company connects Users with vetted Social Copilots for in-person, platonic social experiences such as dating support, networking, nights out, errands, family visits, and mentorship. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only in the ways described in our Terms of Service. If you violate this Policy, we may remove your content, suspend or terminate your account, and report activity to law enforcement where appropriate.

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Good Company.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account, appear in profile content, or take part in an outing. You may not misrepresent your age or help a minor access the Service. If we learn that a minor is using Good Company, we will remove the account.

Good Company provides on-demand social copilots for platonic companionship and everyday support. We do not offer, facilitate, or permit sex work, escort services, or any romantic or sexual services of any kind.

You may not use the Service to solicit, offer, arrange, or pay for sexual activity, romantic companionship, or any similar service. Bookings are for platonic, in-person social experiences only. A Copilot may decline or end any outing that becomes romantic or sexual in nature, and either party may report it to us.

The following sexual content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Good Company:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic profile photos, videos, messages, or other content
• Nudity or content intended to be sexually suggestive
• Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, or requests for sexual activity
• Sexual violence, coercion, or any non-consensual sexual contact or content
• Sharing, or threatening to share, intimate images of a person without their consent

All participants must treat one another with respect. Any sexual contact or content that is non-consensual, or that involves coercion or intimidation, is a serious violation of this Policy and may be reported to law enforcement.

You may not use Good Company to deceive, defraud, or financially harm other people. Prohibited activity includes:

• Scams, phishing, or other schemes intended to defraud Users, Copilots, or the platform
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity, references, or verification status
• Creating fake profiles, reviews, or ratings, or manipulating the Compass rating system
• Moving payments off the platform to avoid fees, verification, or safety protections
• Requesting money, gifts, or financial information under false pretenses

All payments must be processed through Good Company as described in the Terms of Service.

You may not use Good Company for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any illegal act. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the activities described above, the following are prohibited:

• Buying, selling, or transporting illegal drugs, weapons, or other controlled or unlawful goods
• Threats, stalking, harassment, intimidation, or violence toward any person
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
• Sharing another person's private information without their consent
• Attempting to hack, scrape, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service

Good Company is a lawful, platonic social platform. We do not participate in or permit any illegal activity, including sex work.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, report it to us at [email protected] or through the in-app reporting tools. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, issuing warnings, limiting features, suspending or permanently terminating accounts, reversing or withholding payments, and referring matters to law enforcement. We may act without prior notice when needed to protect Users, Copilots, the public, or the platform.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and material changes may also be communicated by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
