       Copilot ratings and reviews from the Compass rating system

       Availability and scheduling patterns

Our AI matching is designed to surface the most compatible Copilots for your needs. You are never required to accept a match — all bookings are voluntary. We do not use protected characteristics such as race, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation as matching criteria. 5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 With Other Users

When a booking is confirmed, we share limited profile information between Users and Copilots as necessary to facilitate the in-person meeting. This includes first name, general neighborhood, and relevant preferences.

 

5.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform, including payment processors, identity verification providers, background check providers, SMS platforms, analytics providers, and cloud hosting services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
